Requirements for Borrowing a Loaner Car

• Your vehicle must be at our shop for service for a minimum of 24 hours.
• You must be a current Nichelson Auto Repair & Tire customer.
• You must provide a copy of any major credit card.
• You must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must sign our loaner car agreement.

First-Come, First-Serve Basis

Because our complimentary loaner motor vehicle program is very popular, we manage our loaner fleet on a first-come, first-serve basis. So, if you know that you’ll need a loaner car, it’s best to let us know a few days in advance so that we can reserve one for you.

Our vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and safe. How Long Can I Use the Loaner Car For?

In most cases, you’ll be able to use the loaner car for the entire duration of your car’s repair. However, there are a few circumstances where you may need to return the loaner car before your repairs are completed.
